海参

从西雅图版上小崔那买了海参好一阵了,俺土人从来没吃过海参更别说做了。请教了一下小崔,做法在http://www.oceanreefllc.com/index.php?p=1_9_How-to-process
 
依样画葫芦试验了一下,把海参放开水里烧半小时,然后等海参变冷,再把筋挑掉,然后换水放冰箱里发。12小时后换水继续冻冰箱里12小时。。就好了!
 
今天把一个海参剪了好多小段,放在鱼汤里结果发现太小了,吃起来不过瘾。晚上炖鸡汤,我不剪了,直接把发好的海参扔进去,看看明天效果怎样。
